Samorządowcy, którzy przede wszystkim podejmują decyzje o wydaniu pieniedzy publicznych na kształtowanie naszego otoczenia, u nas mają jedną odpowiedź: "ale to się nie opłaca". Samorzadowcy, władze, jako emanacja społeczeństwa nie akceptują wydatków na to by było po prostu ładniej. Ba czasem takimi sprawami sobie w ogóle nie zaprzątają głowy!
